Cette mission, confi\u00e9e par l\u2019agence <strong>You Make Me<\/strong>, avec laquelle nous collaborons depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, avait pour objectif de capturer <strong>l\u2019essence du nouveau menu gastronomique du chef Wilfrid Hocquet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c0 travers une s\u00e9rie de photographies haute d\u00e9finition, nous avons mis en avant la <strong>pr\u00e9cision du dressage, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des textures et le jeu des couleurs<\/strong>, \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la signature culinaire d\u2019Alain Ducasse.
